Iver Johnson is excited for the release of the new 50-round drum magazine made by KCI in South Korea. This magazine is produced with new modern production polymers and high-quality components to ensure years of reliable service. You will notice that the follower looks very similar to a chain of cartridges, which helps aid in the loading and unloading process while the magazine body is made from polymer. Additionally, the magazine features a very heavy steel spring, which is crucial for reliable feeding and function. This magazine features the new tan finish
The loading and unloading process for this magazine can be a bit confusing, but the key is to keep tension on the follower and load each round one at a time. Once you have relieved the tension on the follower to load a round, DO NOT rotate the drum, DO NOT turn the drum upside-down, DO NOT flip the drum around or perform an action that would allow loose rounds already inside the body of the drum to tumble or rotate inside the inner track. The biggest cause of drum malfunctions is user error during the loading/unloading process. The spring inside is very large and is absolutely necessary in order to fight gravity and feed rounds upwards into the chamber of the GLOCK pistol.
Manufacturer Note: Do NOT attempt to disassemble this magazine, doing so voids the warranty and makes the magazine unreturnable.
