This +P ammo is loaded to higher pressure levels, therefore please make sure that your firearm has the necessary chamber support for this round. By popular demand, Buffalo Bore is introducing five new 38 Super +P loads. With three different expanding loads and two penetrating loads, we have covered the basis of anything you’d like to accomplish with the 38 Super+P cartridge. These are full power 38 Super +P loads. All five of these loads feature flash suppressed powders so the shooter will not be blinded if firing in low light. Feeding, function, and accuracy were very good in all three of our test pistols.

This load utilizes a flash retardant powder that will not blind the shooter in low light conditions, which is important as wildlife and criminals get much more active when darkness comes.

Buffalo Bore never use extra long laboratory barrels to produce advertised velocities, which they feel is dishonest to the customer as those extra long barrels produce extra high velocities, which you cannot duplicate with stock revolvers in the real world. Instead, they use stock firearms and you can see the velocity results below.

This ammunition is new production, non-corrosive, in boxer-primed, reloadable brass cases.
